RMCD is a hands-on Christchurch construction company built around direct accountability, practical experience and a straightforward way of working.
John and Peter stay involved from the first conversation through pricing, planning, construction and handover. They are supported by a dependable network of skilled subcontractors selected to suit each project—not an unknown crew handed the job after the contract is signed.

Peter oversees estimating, procurement, cost control and commercial planning so the detail is properly considered before and during construction.
